Troke eLibrary — Ministry of Land Management
A public digital archive for Cambodia's Ministry of Land Management, with a Laravel Backpack admin and role-based access to sensitive documents.
Troke eLibrary is a public-facing digital archive built for Cambodia's Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, letting the public browse official documents, images, and information online.
I worked on this at Gaeasys in 2024. The site is fully dynamic — an access-control layer separates public content from internal/sensitive records, so only authenticated admins can view restricted data while the general public sees only what's meant to be open.
The back-office is a custom admin panel built with Laravel Backpack, where staff manage all of the site's content themselves: media uploads, contact text/titles/descriptions, collection items, and menu categories.
Content is organized by grouping items into categories and collections, each addressed by a slug, which drives how items are displayed and filtered across the site. The platform is multilingual (Khmer) and also ships as Android and iOS apps.
